We read every message and usually reply within a couple of business days.
What to write about
- A file that won't convert.Tell us the source format, the output you picked, and the browser you're using. Because conversion happens on your device, the more detail you give, the faster we can reproduce it.
- A format or conversion we don't handle yet. We add pairs based on what people actually ask for.
- A correction. If a figure or claim in one of our format guides looks wrong, we want to know — we'd rather fix it than leave it.
- Privacy questions. Anything about data, cookies, or analytics is covered in our privacy policy, and we're happy to answer follow-ups.
A note on your files
Please don't email us your images. We can't open them for you — the whole point of the site is that files stay on your device — and a description of the problem is far more useful than the file itself. If you're reporting a conversion bug, a screenshot of any error message is plenty.
